Please notice I didn't specify any weights since I don't know where you are yet, so look at the amount of repetitions for each exercise and try to find a good weight that'll be double and challenging at the same time, but with a good control. Also every exercise has a number. so if you see 1,2 or 1,2,3 and then 1,2 again that means you need to superset those groups of exercises. meaning, perform 2 or 3 exercises back to back with minimal to no rest in between them. I need you to text me all the weights you'll be using so I can keep track for you in this program. And every week that you'll increase any of th weights, please text me with updates.
